It's been a busy week! Last weekend we took a short trip to the Outer Banks with our good friends Lisa and Nic. Lisa is pregnant with twins!! So we had a great time talking about babies all weekend. We pretty much spent the whole weekend eating, sleeping, and relaxing...which was just what we needed! Here are some pictures from the weekend.

When we got back on Sunday we had to run out to buy Ryan his first pair of shoes! He needed them for his new class at daycare. He wasn't too thrilled with them at first, but after a couple of days of wearing them at daycare he's gotten used to them. They look pretty cute on him!

He did so great, especially since we weren't supposed to get there until 8:20 and he couldn't eat after midnight last night. He was a trooper though. It was a short procedure (5 minutes) and we were back with him about 10 minutes after they took him from us. He was very cranky afterwards for about an hour and a half. When we got him home he ate breakfast and has been sleeping ever since. Hopefully when he wakes up he'll be back to normal! I'll keep you updated!
